Create your account

You'll create an account, review your choices and check out.

Your card
Entered now, but not charged. You're charged after a physician approves your treatment. If it isn't right for you, you pay nothing.

Complete a private intake

A written form with questions from a physician, to be sure this fits you well. At the end you'll see your patient portal.

The most important step. Your order goes to a physician only after you finish it. It takes about 5 minutes. Have a photo of your ID ready.

Your ID
You'll be asked to upload a photo of a government-issued ID, so the physician can confirm who you are and that you're over 18. This is required for every patient: a physician must know who they're prescribing for.
On screen
After you order, your account may say “Your order is on hold” until you finish the health questions. That's normal. Between steps you may see “Processing” for a few seconds.

A physician reviews your answers

A US-licensed physician reads your intake personally and decides if your choice fits you well.

Payment is finalised
