Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 12, 2026

Senova ("Senova," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our website at senovarx.com (the "Site") and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Contact information — your email address when you join our waitlist or contact us.
  • Health information — if and when you complete a medical intake, we collect health-related information you provide. This information is used solely to enable medical care and is handled in compliance with applicable health privacy laws, including HIPAA where applicable.
  • Payment information — if you become a customer, payment details are processed through our payment partner (Stripe) and are not stored by Senova directly.

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the Site, including IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. This is used to understand site performance and improve the experience.

How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Site and Services.
  • Communicate with you about Senova, including waitlist updates, launch announcements, and customer support.
  • Connect you with US-licensed physicians and US-licensed compounding pharmacies for medical evaluation and prescription, when applicable.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide the Services or as required by law, including with:

  • Healthcare providers — US-licensed physicians who evaluate your medical intake and prescribe treatment, as part of the care relationship you initiate with them.
  • Pharmacies — US-licensed compounding pharmacies that fulfill prescriptions written for you.
  • Service providers — vendors that help us operate the Site (such as email service providers and hosting platforms), under contractual privacy obligations.
  • Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

Health Information and HIPAA

Senova is a telehealth platform. Health information you provide as part of a medical intake or treatment relationship is considered protected health information ("PHI") under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") where applicable. We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect PHI, and we enter into Business Associate Agreements with our service providers as required by law.

Information collected before you enter a treatment relationship (such as an email address submitted to our waitlist) is not PHI and is governed by general privacy practices described above.

Your Rights and Choices

You may:

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@senovarx.com.
  • Depending on your state of residence, exercise additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or similar state laws).

Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal cookies and tracking technologies to operate the Site and understand how it is used. We do not use cookies for advertising tracking across third-party sites.

Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect information from, individuals under 18 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
