We aim to reply within two business days. Reports of a side effect or a problem with your medication are acknowledged within 24 hours.
We can't give medical advice by email — not because we don't want to help, but because it isn't the right setting for it. Anything clinical is best raised through your intake or, once you are a patient, through your patient portal, where a US-licensed physician can read it and respond properly.
This inbox is not monitored for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
