These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Senova website at senovarx.com (the "Site") and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Senova ("Senova," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

What Senova Is

Senova is a telehealth platform that facilitates connections between patients and independent US-licensed healthcare providers and US-licensed compounding pharmacies. Senova is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, or pharmacy. Senova does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or prescribe medications.

All medical care, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment decisions are made solely by independent licensed physicians who use Senova's platform to deliver care. The relationship between you and any prescribing physician is a direct medical relationship between you and that physician.

No Medical Advice

Information on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about your health or medical condition.

If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. Senova is not designed for emergency medical situations.

Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a US state in which Senova currently operates. You agree that information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.

Waitlist and Communications

By submitting your email address to our waitlist, you consent to receive communications from Senova about our launch, updates, and Services. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Treatment, Prescriptions, and Pharmacy Fulfillment

Treatments described on the Site, including any prescription medications, are made available only to patients evaluated by an independent US-licensed physician who determines, in their independent medical judgment, that a treatment is appropriate. Not all patients qualify for all treatments.

Compounded medications, when prescribed, are prepared by US-licensed compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Individual responses to treatment vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Founding Member Pricing

Founding member pricing, including any introductory discount, is offered at Senova's sole discretion to early waitlist members. Pricing, availability, and terms may change before launch. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, eligibility, or a specific price.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Senova name and brand, is the property of Senova or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use any of the Site's content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by law.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or the experience of other users.
• Submit false or misleading information.

Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senova disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senova and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claims relating to the Site or Services will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
