By using this website you agree to these terms. Please read them.
senovarx.com is the website of Senova, a brand operated by Senova Health LLC. Senova sells prescription treatments for women's low sexual desire, prescribed by independent US-licensed physicians and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. This site describes the condition, how the process works, and what it costs.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and browsing it does not create a physician–patient relationship. A physician–patient relationship begins only when a US-licensed physician reviews your completed intake and accepts you as a patient.
This site is operated by Senova Health LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
Senova is not a medical practice and does not provide medical care. Clinical decisions are made independently by US-licensed physicians, and prescriptions are dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. Whether treatment is appropriate for you is always the physician's judgment, and that judgment may differ from the option you select.
Medical services are provided by Beluga Health, P.A., an independent physician group. Treating physicians are licensed in the state in which the patient is located and are solely responsible for all clinical decisions, including whether treatment is appropriate. Senova Health LLC does not provide medical services and does not practice medicine. The details of the treating physician are available to the patient in the patient portal. More information about Beluga Health is available at belugahealth.com.
Senova is available in most US states. We are not currently available in Alaska, Arkansas, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Mexico, South Carolina, Vermont and West Virginia. Availability may change as the physician network grows.
You must be 18 or older and located in a state we serve. This site is not directed to anyone under 18.
Prices shown on this site are current at the time of publication and may change. The price that applies to you is the price shown at checkout.
When you place an order, your payment method is saved but not charged. You are charged only after an independent US-licensed physician reviews your intake and issues a prescription. If the physician determines treatment is not appropriate for you, you are charged nothing.
Cancelling before your order is filled. Write to hello@senovarx.com. If the pharmacy has not yet filled your order, we will refund that charge in full.
Once your order has been filled. Prescription medications cannot be returned or resold once dispensed, whether or not the package has been opened. For that reason, orders are not refundable once your prescription has been filled by the pharmacy.
Subscriptions. You can cancel at any time from your patient portal, with no phone call and no form. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged for the following cycle. A shipment already filled is not refunded.
The 3-month plan. This is paid in advance and dispensed as a single fill covering three months. You can cancel future renewals at any time, but once the fill has been dispensed the amount paid is not refundable, including for any part of the three months you have not used.
If something is wrong with your order. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement.
Withdrawn or recalled products. If a product you have received is withdrawn from sale or recalled, we will refund or replace it, and we will tell you which — whatever the reason, whenever it happens, and whether or not you still hold any of it.
Nothing in this section limits rights you have under applicable law.
Medications prescribed through Senova may be compounded preparations made by a licensed pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality.
Do not use this site for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
